Danielle Terranova
Danielle Terranova is a certified executive coach and business consultant with more than 12 years of leadership experience in operations management and human resources. She has a wealth of experience leading high-performing teams, strengthening processes, and developing leaders in complex, fast-moving environments.
Her coaching integrates real-world executive experience with evidence-based methods to improve performance, communication, and strategic focus. She helps leaders and teams clarify priorities, navigate difficult conversations, and translate strategy into daily practices that drive consistent results.
Danielle’s approach is direct, strengths-based, and solutions focused. She partners with executives and organizations across industries to set clear goals, build practical plans, and remove obstacles to execution. Clients value her steady judgment, discretion, and commitment to measurable progress.
She brings an uncommon combination of senior leadership experience, ICF-accredited coaching, and advanced training in behavioral science. Danielle holds a master’s degree in behavioral health from Boston University School of Medicine, graduated with honors, and is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Institute of Coaching. Danielle is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in organizational psychology at Harvard University's Division of Professional Education.
